Oil 50g
Sugar 110g
Vanilla extract 12 drops
Flour 130g
Baking Powder 12g
Ingredients (Topping)
Butter 25g
50% Cocoa Powder 80g
Sugar 40g
Milk 250g
Instant Coffee 9g
Vanilla extract 12 drops

Steps:#

  1. Peel and cut carrots, boil for 10 minutes
  2. Blend eggs, orange juice, sugar, carrot and oil for 4 minutes
  3. Mix it with flour and salt for 4 minutes
  4. Add baking power and mix by hand for 30 seconds
  5. pour in a margarine greased baking tray and bake for 30 minutes at 160 C

Steps (Topping):#

  1. Mix all and cook on low heat for 10 minutes or until desired consistency.
