| Oil | 50g |
| Sugar | 110g |
| Vanilla extract | 12 drops |
| Flour | 130g |
| Baking Powder | 12g |

| 50% Cocoa Powder | 80g |
| Sugar | 40g |
| Milk | 250g |
| Instant Coffee | 9g |
| Vanilla extract | 12 drops |
Steps:#
- Peel and cut carrots, boil for 10 minutes
- Blend eggs, orange juice, sugar, carrot and oil for 4 minutes
- Mix it with flour and salt for 4 minutes
- Add baking power and mix by hand for 30 seconds
- pour in a margarine greased baking tray and bake for 30 minutes at 160 C
Steps (Topping):#
- Mix all and cook on low heat for 10 minutes or until desired consistency.
